Role of the Editorial Board (JMP) 

Members of the Editorial Board play a key role in upholding the academic quality, integrity, and relevance of the Journal of Management Perspectives (JMP). Their responsibilities include: 

  • Providing scholarly guidance on the journal’s scope, standards, and strategic direction
  • Supporting the peer review process by recommending reviewers and, where appropriate, serving as reviewers 
  • Advising on ethical matters and good publication practice 
  • Promoting the journal within their academic and professional networks 
  • Contributing to the development and reputation of JMP as a credible, independent scholarly journal 

Editorial Board members act as ambassadors of the journal and help ensure that JMP maintains high academic and ethical standards.
